Oxford: Clarendon Press/Oxford University Press, 1952. Second printing. Hardcover. Good in Good dust jacket. Two good octavo hardcovers in good dust jackets. Both volumes have light wear and rubbing to edges of boards with bumping to heads and heels of spines. Both djs have wear and rubbing along edges with many small tears and are scuffed on their covers and browned along edges and spines. Volume I's dj has small tear in middle spine. Crack in binding between frontispiece and title page of volume I. Page edges of both books are browned and foxed. Name of previous owner written on front free endpapers of both books. Volume I has 405 pages with illustrations, notes, and bibliographies. Volume II has 404 pages with illustrations, notes, bibliographies, and index. Special shipping rates for this two volume work.
