Constable for Andrew Elliot, 1895 OVERSIZED. xvii, [3], 267pp, printed on heavy stock paper, title page in red and black with a title vignette, bound in gilt illustrated brown cloth, top edges gilt, deckled page edges, binding and hinges tight. PENNED SIGNATURE BY THE AUTHOR "With compliments from / William Baird" on the half title page. Complete with 14 tissue-guarded plates, as called for, along with 39 text illustrations. Covers show bumped corners and age darkening, interior pages also slightly age darkened, with occasional thumb prints.
