Tells the world travels of John Lawson Stoddard (1850-1931), a teacher, author and lecturer. 336 pages with index and list of illustrations. Red marbled board with dark brown leather corners and spine, gilt title on spine. Cover corners are bumped and rubbed to boards, edges rubbed, significant wear to leather with tears and chipping, spine worn, spine ends are torn and fraying. Gilt top page edge. Floral endpapers. Interior pages browning along edges, back pages dusty. Book in Good+ condition.. Hard Cover. Good+. Illus. by Photographs. Size: Approx. 6 " x 9 1/4". Early Travel.

Synopsis

The volumes consist of a series of lectures regarding Berlin, Vienna, St. Petersburg, and Moscow.
