Between pages 166 and a 167 there are eight pages of black-and-white photography, contemporary cartoons and sketches. Blue/gray coloured boards with gilt titles to the backstrip. Bumping to the backstrip edges and to the top front book corner. Faint fading to the book panels and there is handling marks and browning to the text block edges. Handling marks to the endpapers and the internal text has been printed on a slightly yellow coloured paper. To the lower edge of the half title page a previous owner has embossed their library stamp. Illustrated dustwrapper, showing a caricature of Jim Fisk, with black and red background and black and white titles to the front panel and backstrip. Rubbing and chipping to the dustwrapper corners and to the backstrip edges. Fading to the backstrip and rubbing to either side of the backstrip. Rubbing and creasing to the top and rear dustwrapper edges. Browning and staining to the verso of the dustwrapper.
