Signed by the author in ink on the first free endipaper -- 4to (over 9" - 12" tall), 512 pages Maroon cloth binding (hardbound), color frontispiece by Charles M Russell (repeated on the dust jacket), full page maps, fold-out maps, bibliography, index, 36 illustrations at the rear -- The first folding map in the book has a 2-3inch closed tear close to the gutter where the map is attached, a couple of small stains to the top edges of the book Otherwise a clean, tight and structurally sound copy The dust jacket has some water stains to the back panel (none of which has transferred to the cloth bindinng The dust jacket is price clipped and has moderate wear to the extremities (a small piece gone at the top of the dj spine) -- Overall Very Good condition in a good dust jacket Quantity Available: 1 Category: History; Pictures of this item not already displayed here available upon request Inventory No: 007518.
