The plate with Wilde's portrait is missing. Kálmán Rozsnyay, was born in 1872 under the name Van der Hoschke, but used the pseudonym "Sydney Carton" as an actor. Rozsnyay became a very close friend of Oscar Wilde in England. When he returned home to Szeholom, he brought many relics with him, including Wilde's desk and photographs.
