About This Item

Boston: Museum of Fine Arts, [1908]. Hardcover. Good+. Paper-covered boards, cloth backstrip; 8vo; pp. 148, with illustrations in text, plus 35 pages of b/w illustrations at rear (glossy stock). Boards scuffed, with a few small bumps and chips along the edges; spine a bit frayed at tips; corners bumped. Adhesive stain on front paste-down (where a bookplate was removed); some underlining and marginalia in red ink (not infringing upon legibility); text block a bit age-toned. A nice working copy, and scarce.
