About This Item
Boston: Little, Brown, and Company. Very Good+ with no dust jacket. 1936. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Decorative white paper boards, front cover with black lettering, text illustrated with drawings and photographs. Published December 1936. Pages are not numbered. This is a deluxe copy, signed by the author on a blank front flyleaf and protected by the publishers box with title printed on top. Scarce thus. ; 9-1/2" x 12"; Signed by Author; Book has been well-protected by the box and has little wear - slight corner wear, slight cover soiling. The book has seen little use, with most pages still unopened. One page has been opened a bit roughly with a small closed tear seen along right edge. Text block otherwise clean and free of tears or writing. Box has some toning. Box bottom is sound but lid is splittlng along two edges, with one tear to a side panel. There are no missing pieces; title in pencil along right edge. .

U.S. BUYERS. Standard -- Most orders can be shipped by USPS Media Mail within the continental U.S. for the standard charge regardless of weight. Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
