American Issue With Original British Title Page, English Sheets, But Scribners Name At Base Of Spine. A Clean Copy, Not Ex-Library, No Names Or Marks. All Gilt Lettering And Design Present And Fairly Bright. Worn At Corners, With Thin Loss Of Cloth Along 3/4" On Each Side Of Top Of Spine, Thin Loss Of 1/4" At Each Side Of Bottom Of Spine, Three 1/8" Spots Of Loss Of Cloth At Extreme Upper Left Of Front Cover, Light Bubbling Or Crease In A Thin Line Across Rear Cover About 1" Below Top. Endpapers Clean, Front Hinge Strong, Rear Hinge Cracked But Not Broken Apart.
