As well as showing the beauty of walking this book also aims to show the power of a walk for our mental health. A walk is shown to be restoring having meditative qualities. In the original publisher's binding in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Minor edgewear to the head of the spine and corners on the dust wrapper. Internally firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Signed by the author on the title page. Fine

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
