HENRY GRUNTHAL impressed in gilt on the front cover. Inscribed by Abe Kosoff on flyleaf. Near fine. The Special Library Edition of the Clarke and Melish catalogues. Limited to 200 copies, of which this is No. 124. Adams 87 and 88 (both A- overall). According to Del Bland, none of the coins in the sale actually belonged to Melish, Kosoff having paid Melish's widow for the privilege of using his name. The gold belonged to R.E. Naftzger, Jr.
