London: Dalton Watson, 1973. First edition (haardback). 8vo (25cm by 19cm), 208pp. Illustrated throughout in b&w, plus a colour frontispiece. Original blue cloth, dustwrapper. There is some foxing of the half-title page, and a gift inscription to the front free endpaper; otherwise, the book is in very good condition. The dustwrapper is in good condition (some chafing of the edges). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it. ISBN 0901564117
