With gilt panelled boards, raised banding to spine with gilt decorations, and gilt lettering to spine. Marbled endpapers and page edges. In good condition. Spine slightly sunned with some minor rubbing to ends. Else cover clean and smart. Prize bookplate to front endpaper “Hyme’s College, Kingston-upin-Hull 1911.” Some mild light foxing to prelims and a few inside pages. Else a good clean and tight copy. 352pp. With eight illustrations by Paul Hardy and a Map of Central Europe.
