This is the original printing of 1861. 12mo, 15 x 11 cm., full leather, marbled end-papers and edges, bright gilt borders, raised bands, black spine label, 'Edinburgh Collegiate School' gilt stamp seal to front board and bookplate on front glued end paper. Front board detached, rear board a bit loose, extremities rubbed, clean, crisp text.
