About This Item
London, UK: Collins Clear-type Press. Hardcover. Very Good. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall. Undated but circa 1920. 128pp, coloured and illustrated title page, with colour plate frontispiece and two further mounted, tipped in colour illustrations and occasional page decorations. Bound in full tan limp leather, with yapped edges. Top edge gilded. Marbled endpapers. 16mo. Leather is a little worn, and a tad sunned over spine, and gently rounded at proud corners. Previous owner's gift inscription, dated 1924, on front free endpaper, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. A lovely, small vintage volume, pleasingly designed and tactile.
