About This Item
New York: Thomas Whittaker, 1899. MacDonagh (1862-1946) was a prominent journalist who also wrote a dozen books or so. This is a Very Good copy of the Second Edition. Green cloth binding with gilt lettering on the spine. Beveled edges. Clean text; 382 pages, with two pages of publisher's adverts in the rear. Although a very attractive book, both gutters have cracked; while holding, the netting is exposed. Other than that, this voulume would have a higher grade. In an archival plastic protector. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Second Edition.. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
