Some fading to spine but text still easily legible. 1992 gif inscription in pencil on flyleaf. SIGNED in a lovely calligraphic hand by the author on the title page. 100 p. w/ bibliography ad many b&w examples of manuscripts and scripts. A lovely survey of Ireland's scribal tradition, with great background on individual manuscripts. Very uncommon signed.
