First edition.
Very scarce especially with dustwrapper.
John Wallace was a Melbourne writer and publisher. He also wrote as 'Aintree', 'Texas Ranger', and 'Gerald Grantham', mostly publishing his novels under his own imprints Crime Book Publishing Co. and Popular Publications.
