About This Item

Prentice-Hall, Upper Saddle, NJ, 1968, 1971. Soft cover. Very Good. Octavo, softcover, VG in white, pink and purple decorative wraps. 153 pp. including index. A classic in defender play. Kantar was a friend and partner to "bookwitch" and he opened 4 card majors, which was unheard of at the time. But his defensive play was magnificent! Defense is the highest order of the game, which takes years to master.
