New York: The Intimate Gallery, 1928.. Large octavo. Folded leaflet. Fine. First edition of the catalogue issued in conjunction with this exhibition held at Stieglitz's Intimate Gallery, 19 April to 11 May 1928. Marcel Duchamp was instrumental in the organization of the exhibition, and the catalogue includes a note on Picabia by Meraud Michael Guinness. This was Picabia's third one man show in America, following those of 1913 and 1915 at "291." LOWE, p. 434.
