Eugene, Oregon: Harvest House Pub, 1995. Soft cover. Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Quarto. 2312 pages. Bound in flexible burgundy leather. All edges gilt. Recessed tabs on the fore edge. The binding shows some rubbing and wear and is bumped at the corners. Text is unmarked, but a few pages have creases at the corners. The binding of the book measures 9 5/8 inches tall by 7 5/8 inches wide.
