Chip along the outer edge of the front cover, cover edges worn through the leather in places, bookplate of notable education book collector John Lawson, no front blank (starts with title page) and lacking final leaf M7, a few leaves chipped or loose, some wormholes, Fair. 13 individual pages filled with notation, one section of 18 pages of notation signed at end by Thomas Wilson, a drawing of a bird, one section of 15 pages of notation signed at end by Roger Wilson with drawings of a bird and a tree.
