Presentation copy, signed and inscribed by Miller to his friend, Dr. Robert Macy and dated in 1976 on the half title. Black cloth lettered in gilt in jacket. A nearly fine copy with some toning to endpapers in very good jacket with a few edge tears and light chipping.
