This is the testament of the author, who was a military intelligence officer inside the terrorist detention centre in Guantánamo Bay Cuba. His report was to be for the Pentagon only, but, was leaked to the Associated press in January 2005. What his document / report details is no more than huge violations of the Geneva conventions for treatment of prisoners and the interrogation of same.
