The twice monthly news organ of the United Secretariat of the Fourth International at the time, the largest conglomeration of Trotskyists in the World. Inprecor represented the majority faction in the leadership of the Fourth International, organized around Ernest Mandel, Livio Maitain, and Pierre Frank. This issue focuses on France with an article "The Disunion of the Left", also aricles on the USA, Portugal, The Sahara, more.
