Brussels: United Secretariat of the Fourth International, 1977. Magazine. One issue, published fortnightly 32p., Shelf and edge worn wraps, previous owners name in upper rt corner of first wrap, else in good condition. The twice monthly news organ of the United Secretariat of the Fourth International at the time, the largest conglomeration of Trotskyists in the World. Inprecor represented the majority faction in the leadership of the Fourth International, organized around Ernest Mandel, Livio Maitain, and Pierre Frank. Entire issue is dedicated to the United Secretariat of the Fourth International resolution "Socialist Democracy and the Dictatorship of the Proletariat.
