Very Good Condition/Good. foreword by John Callander -- Chief Education Officer, Commonwealth Institute, introduction by author, bibliography and photographic acknowledgements. Red coloured endpapers. The text is illustrated with both coloured and black and white reproductions of students' art along with black-and-white photography. Black coloured boards with gilt coloured titles on the spine. Illustrated / photographic dustwrapper, with black coloured background and white coloured titles to the front panel and spine. In 1976 the author was teaching at High School in a remote Chimbu Province of Papua New Guinea and she gave her students, some felt tip pens and said " draw something ". This book documents remarkable results of this request. Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine and shelfwear to the lower book edges. Dust marks to the top paper edge. A few handling marks to the book particularly to the back blank paper. A little rubbing and chipping to the dustwrapper corners. Some fading and rubbing to the dustwrapper.
