United States: Privately Printed. Fair. 1919. Hardcover. READING COPY - A Good undated (1919?) hardcover without dustjacket. Book is in lightly soiled and rubbed green cloth boards, with sunning to spine, bumped and rubbed to spine ends and corners. Internally, name inside cover, front hinge cracked to front free endpaper, toned pages, several with underlining. Complete with tissue folding map, and several black and white photographs (one disbound) and illustrations. Carefully packaged and posted within 48 hours from our wee bookshop in Scotland. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 250 pages .
