SIGNED and INSCRIBED, " Dr. George W. Rightmire, With best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Olive and Harlow Tindley 25 Dec. 1944.". This copy is VG. Exterior is rich. Gilt is bright. Very minimal edge wear. Front board has two tiny ink spots on bottom. Inside has armorial BP of PO on inside front board. Otherwise unmarked, crisp, and tight with modest toning. Dr. Rightmire was the 6th President of the Ohio State University.PRESENTATION COPY. .
