Heinemann, 1908-01-01. Hardcover. Very Good. . Deluxe edition bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, London. Bound in full red leather with raised bands and gilt decoration, cover shows minor wear and rubbing to the extremities, slight fading, a few spots of discoloration on the spine. All edges gilt, gilt dentelle turn-ins, patterned endpapers. Laurence Hope was a pseudonym for Adela Florence Nicolson, aka Violete Nicolson. This edition includes Indian Love, Stars of the Desert, and Garden of Kama.
