Subramaniam, then Indian Minister for Food and Agriculture. Full black leather binding, gilt facsimile signature on front cover, spine lettered in gilt. Extensive appendices include many charts, some maps, some fold-outs. This copy from the library of the author with his Presented by and Private Library stamps to half-title page. ; 5-1/4" x 8-1/4"; vii, 114 pp; Covers with light scratches, rubbed with loss of color to areas of spne and board corners. Binding tight and square. Pages clean and unmarked apart from stamps of author. .
