Signed by Parish and three witnesses. Verso has acknowledgment of Parish, signed by C.M. Cook, Commissioner in the State of Alabama, and an acknowledgment of filing by Hugh Archer, Jr., Clerk of the Circuit Court of the State of Florida. Good+.
William G. Parish of Alabama was appointed one of twelve directors of the Bank of the State of Alabama by the House in 1828. Hugh Archer, Jr. was one of the Masters of Supreme Court of Florida in 1857.
