Salt Lake City, UT: Utah Printing Company, 1955. First Edition. Cloth. Fair. Hard-to-find first edition, 8vo, xvi, 738 pages. Binding is intact, but loose. Green cloth clover with silver imprint on spine and front board is in fair condition, except that about half an inch of the bottom of the spine has been torn off. Cover is partially detached at from hinge (easily repaired); pages are bright and clean. Atlas Folio - over 23" - 25" tall.
