New yrok: Vanguard Press, 1927 Gray cloth; red title and spine lettering; illustrated endpapers. Second printing; first thus edition 1926. "Imperialism" (1916) examines the economic nature of imperialism, "the characteristic feature of our era," which he calls "the eve of Socialist revolution."
"The State and Revolution" (1917) is about the teachings of Marx andEngels on the State and a criticism of the distortion of these teachings by the "opportunists."
