Photographer Judy Dater wrote and conducted the interviews that comprise this monograph in association with the Imogen Cunningham Trust. The dedication on the half title is to Adrian Wilson of the trust and to his wife Joyce Lancaster; "To Joyce + Adrien [sic] Two very special people- many thanks for all of your help and support.
