About This Item

John Lane (London) + Macmillan & Co. (New York), 1894. Hardcover. Good. 5 x 7 3/4. 198 pages + 16 (ads). The pages have not been cut (opened) and are in groups of 8 numbered pages. The first and last few pages have some foxing, especially near the paste downs. All pages are age toned but the edge tops are darker and have a few spots. The green cloth boards have two small stained spots and a fraying along the front edge of about 1/2 inch. The gilt on the lettering on the spine is as new. Not bumped. GOOD+.
