Good plus or very good minus (mild dulling of spine gilt; mild spine slant; moderate edgewear with focal erosion of cloth at tips and some fraying at spine ends; focal, minor bumping to board edges and corners; inconspicuous staining, rear board; small, minor stain, bottom fore-edge corner of book block; previous owner's neat signature, front endpaper; otherwise, pages clean and binding intact).
