Iglesias was an "American girl" married to Alcibiades "Lonnie" Iglesias, a local "San Blas Indian"; after their marriage in 1932 they returned to the islands and taught and ministered for many decades, still active at the time of the book's publication; Morgan herself lived in Panama for 16 years. Slim hardcover, as pictured. Light wear to book, minor foxing to endsheets, ink price inside front cover; price-clipped jacket rubbed & chipped with author's note "Order from:" and rubberstamped name & address on the real panel.
