New York: Vantage Press, 1958. Uncommon account of missionary life among the Guna people (earlier spelled Kuna or Cuna) of the San Blas archipelago, north of Panama. Iglesias was an "American girl" married to Alcibiades "Lonnie" Iglesias, a local "San Blas Indian"; after their marriage in 1932 they returned to the islands and taught and ministered for many decades, still active at the time of the book's publication; Morgan herself lived in Panama for 16 years. Slim hardcover, as pictured. Light wear to book, minor foxing to endsheets, ink price inside front cover; price-clipped jacket rubbed & chipped with author's note "Order from:" and rubberstamped name & address on the real panel. Text clean; 81 pages, rear endsheet map. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. Small Octavo.
