Softcover, stapled wraps, 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches, 100 pp., b/w photograph of the author. Very good. Laid in is a newspaper clipping about the author and this book, written by Eloise Perkins. "Perkins (1921-1989) was a staff writer for the Times-Advocate from 1949 until 1981. She wrote local interest stories centering on Escondido, CA and the surrounding environs." Rare. No OCLC library holdings. (K086). Signed by Author(s). 1st Edition. Soft cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
