This edition follows the fourth edition of that first published by the Bible Society of Wurttemberg in 1898, which was edited by Professor Eberhard Nestle. This edition (that is, this one published by British and Foreign Bible Society) was in turn first published in 1904. It includes cross-references in the margins and maps to the rear. Condition notes: Previous owner's name to front free end paper. Neat pencil notes to rear free end paper. Boards rubbed and rather frayed. A clean, sound, carefully-used copy.
