[Stockholm, WI]: Midnight Paper Sales, 1999. First edition. Hardcover. Gaylord Schanilec. 11 cm by 17 cm. Patterned paper over boards,paper paste down with title to front board and smaller paste down to spine with author's name. This is one of an edition limited to 220 copies signed by both the writer, John Dufresne, and the artist/printer, Gaylord Schanilec. Fine in a near fine slipcase (two tiny spots at head). A lovely collaboration between Dufresne and Schanilec, illustrated with woodcuts by Schanilec at the title and at the chapter openings.
