About This Item

Los Angeles: Universal Pictures, 1937. First Edition. Original 143 page mimeographed dialogue and cutting continuity script prepared toward the end of production for the film ‘I Cover the War,’ screenplay by George Waggner, story by Bernard McConville, directed by Arthur Lubin, and starring John Wayne, Gwen Gaze, Don Barclay, Pat Somerset, and Charles Brokaw. Bradbound, 8 1/2” x 11”. Very good lightly used copy with a touch of darkening to the covers and some minor edge wear and small tears. The film tells the story of a foreign correspondent (Wayne) who becomes involved in the violence of an Arabian uprising against the British forces stationed there.
