Brown pictorial publisher’s cloth, black lettering front cover & spine, w/ d.j. cover art by Hazelton of plane diving and shooting at airliner (slight dustsoiling), still NF/NF copy, w/ former ownership bookplate on ffep. First edition, 1st state, of No. 19 in the Ted Scott Flying Stories series, listing to No. 18 Castaways of the Stratosphere on front flap, and back cover including Air Combat Stories. This copy is printed on the very scarce pre-War paper, so there is none of the typical toning, and this one does have thicker textblock.
