Pamphlet. 40p., disbound pamphlet in 8.5x5.5 inch self-wraps, threadless stab-holes with no trace of adhesions along the foldlines, unopened signatures are loose, the deckle edges are dust-soiled, and the very last leaf is also mildly edgeworn with several quarter-inch tears. Complete, and a good copy. OCLC shows three holdings of the original as of 7/2022.
