n.p., 1904. Hardcover. 384 pages. The author established the St. Paul Dispatch in 1868. The book is his personal observations and recollections of the politics in Minnesota. Signed by the author on p. 6. First edition (first printing). A very good copy in blue cloth covers with gilt lettering on front cover and spine. Edge and corner wear with spine ends frayed. Spine is faded and scratched. Former owner name on front pastedown. No dust jacket.
