Maroon coloured boards with coloured titles and gilt vignette to the backstrip. Colour illustrated dustwrapper, again by Ronald Searle, with black and white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. Molesworth gives guidance to become successful at school. Rubbing of the book edges and corners. Light tanning and foxing of the text block edges; and, age toning of the end pages and pages, along with some foxing. Chipping of the top dustwrapper corners and back strip edges. Rubbing of the dustwrapper with some stains and marks present. Sunning of the back strip.
