Chicago: L.W. Walter, 1896. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Hardcover in ochre colored cloth lettered in black and with black, yellow, and red decoration. First edition (carries only the 1896 date with no additional printings noted. 430 pp. Illustrated with drawings, reproductions of documents, and some securities printed in various colors. Very good or a boit better, binding bright, couple of holed spots to the front and rear gutters. A full guide to operating in business (at least in the 1890s) with chapters on banking, stocks and bonds, transportation of merchandise, importing and exporting, correspondence, telegraph communication, accounting, etc.
