Comprised of twelve chapters, including sections on leaf work, leather work, and wax flowers, the volume instructs readers in how to make ornamental objects such as wall pockets, picture frames, hanging baskets, and shelves to improve the home. With a recipe for making skeleton ferns tipped in to the front paste down. With seven pages of publisher's adverts to the rear. In the publisher's original green cloth binding. Externally, generally smart. A little rubbed to the boards and spine, with some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and the extremities. The front and rear hinges are starting, but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly-age toned and generally clean with the occasional light mark. Very Good
