New York: Random House, 1967. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. Signed by Ellin on the title page. Near Fine in a Very Good jacket, clipped, faded at the spine, soiled at the back panel. Blue cloth, faded at the top edge, with silver gilt lettering on the spine. Square and firmly bound, clean internally. Ellin's novel of suspense that tells the story "of a romantic who must learn to become a realist, of a man who must face the fact that the woman he is falling in love with may be as treacherous as she is desirable.
