New York, New York, U.S.A.: Viking Press, 1973. Bound in the publishers maroon coloured hard boards with contrasting claret coloured cloth to spine. Book sits solid and square. Striking gilt title lettering to spine. The 146 pages are in excellent condition throughout with no inscriptions and are squarely bound. Top edge of pages dyed red and front edge roughcut as published. Double matching maroon coloured endpapers to front and rear. Housed in the distinctive dustwrapper with publishers printed price intact on front inside flap. Protected in a removable archival book sleeve to preserve its condition. The photograph provided is a picture of the book and the dustwrapper and we are happy to send more images on request. A lovely fresh copy of this interesting Muriel Spark title.. First Edition.
